Several years ago in Portugal, we hatched a plan to create our own rosé with our friends at Quinta da Boa Esperança. Initially introduced by our good friend Tim at Sommelier’s Choice, we loved the freshness and elegance of their rosé. Handcrafted in clay soil fields near Lisbon, not far from the coast.

We’re big rosé fans ourselves, so always knew we wanted to have a go at making our own one day. Something fresh, minerally, dry and tasty. And of course, something that would complement seafood and shellfish.
